We are the largest Special Event Medical Service Company located in the St. Louis area and active with services offered nationwide. We specialize in providing the highest quality of pre-hospital emergency medical care at fairs, sports events, concerts and community events as well as television and motion picture filming locations nationwide. We provide services nationally to all events for the utmost in medical care and transportation to a hospital with in route medical care when it is necessary.

What are Special Events Medical Services?

Special Events Medical Services or S.E.M.S. is a term for specialized teams of medical professionals in the emergency medical field who provide the highest quality pre-hospital medical care to all participants and spectators at any type of Special Event or Mass Gathering. FEMA defines a Special Event as “a non-routine activity within a community that brings together a large number of people.” Mass Gatherings are a sub-set of a Special Event, such as a series of concerts that are held during a county fair with a large number of spectators.

PROVIDE MEDICAL STAFF

AccuCare Event Medical provides qualified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or Emergency Medical Technician, Paramedic (EMT-P) or Registered Nurse (RN) as well as a basic life support (BLS) medical supply bag. The medical staff is qualified to provide basic first aid emergency medical services. If ambulance transport is needed, the medical staff shall utilize the 911 system and patients shall be transported to the closest hospital.
